Curative Yoga offers students of all levels and physical abilities a safe and nurturing environment in which to do something powerful for their body, mind and spirit. Guided by thoughtful, skilled and compassionate teachers, students can choose from beginner to advanced classes in styles including Ashtanga-based Vinyasa, Hot Hatha, Power, Restorative, Gentle Yoga and more.

Therapeutic massage specializing in deep tissue, Swedish, trigger point to help with delayed muscle soreness, painful or tight muscles, injuries and prevention of new ones, secondary pain, pain restrictions in joints and fluid retention.

Pilates Instruction on Mat and Reformer.

Vinyasa based classes available from Krista Sanderson. Classes are geared towards all ages and levels, but specifically those looking for a more restorative and gentle practice with an emphasis on meditation, breath-work and balancing postures. Gentle, Restorative, Seniors and Prenatal yoga available as private sessions, group classes and focused workshops.
