The Bigfork Art & Cultural Center, BACC, traces its roots back to 1977 when a group of forward-thinking individuals saw the need to foster the arts and to provide a community center for the small village of Bigfork. The group purchased and renovated a gas station on Electric Avenue and the location became the Bigfork Art & Cultural Center.

BACC is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization whose mission is to celebrate and preserve the history of Bigfork and Montana; to provide opportunities for Montana artists to thrive; to explore new ideas and new trends in art and culture; and to serve as a creative and educational hub for all who visit.

The upper Gallery is the BACC Museum, featuring our historical collection and our interactive Bigfork Documentary Archive Collection. The lower Gallery hosts a variety of exhibits throughout the year and Art, etc., our gift shop, features works by Montana artists, artisans and authors.
